Refund policy
Damaged goods must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Blumáin Organic Skincare Limited will not be responsible for any damage reported after this period. Damaged goods can be returned to Blumáin Organic Skincare, Finishing Touch Beauty Salon, Ballydesmond, Co. Cork. A replacement item will be sent out as soon as the damaged item has been received by us.
If there has been a mistake with your order or you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please let us know within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will then need written confirmation of your complaint accompanied by your purchased, unopened product which should be sent by registered post within 14 days of delivery (delivery is at your own expense unless we are at fault). A replacement or refund will be arranged as soon as the item is returned.
