So happy with these products using them 2 weeks and ppl commenting on my skin.
Tried 2 samples put when I opened them they are dried out so not able to use

Thank you for your feedback. Can you clarify which product sample you say was dried out please? And when you say you tried them, do you mean that they were dried out when you went to reuse them is it? Thank you.
Absolutely love the products, my skin just seems to completely drink them,
What ingredients are in them,
Plus great idea of the wee samples and how they are packaged,

I loved all the samples. Gorgeous products. Smell lovely and leave your skin feeling great. Will definitely order again
My main comment is that I am really disappointed to have paid full price for postage only to receive tiny samples that would have fitted in an envelope. I haven't tried all the products yet, the hyaluronic acid moisturizer is nice but leaves bits on my skin when I apply the foundation afterwards so it's not ideal... That doesn't happen to me with other face creams.

Thank you for your feedback. Yes we also wish the cost for delivery was lower, however we have no say in it. We can not simply put them in an envelope as we had so many going missing and getting damaged with an post and I am sure you can understand it is not sustainable for a business to keep sending them out when they do, so all deliveries, regardless of size have to go fully tracked with DPD.
As for the serum, only a small amount is needed, and it needs to be applied to slightly damp skin, hope that helps.

I'm really interested in buying more of your products. Samples are a great idea.
Love the idea of the samples and they all seem great but the little blue foil snap lock pack is really hard to open because they are so small. Maybe find a different packaging for the creams

Products were lovely, very hydrating
This is the first time I have tried your skincare products. I absolutely love them. What I love is especially the facial moisturiser, I am aware when touching my skin throughout the day that I have a premium product on my face and neck. There is no tightness of my skin and a suppleness that remains throughout the day. I also love the essential oils in the products. Well done, I will be treating myself.

Trust me, we are frustrated as you that you have not received your order, as I said in an email to you the other day I would get in touch with DPD for an update and I would be back in touch with you as soon as I had an update from them. They have started a trace on your order which can take up to 7 working days so we should hopefully hear back from them in the next day or 2, but I have to wait to hear from them first, they will either deliver your item if found or we will be sending you out another one. Again I do apologise for the wait, as you can see from your tracking, your order was dispatched from us on the next working day after your order was placed. I will be in touch with you this week.

Products themselves were fantastic so five stars for those. Great to see a gorgeous Irish skincare brand! The sample packaging wasnt great, one of my samples read "rose" when I didnt actually order that. I couldnt really read what the other one said. But the products were good. Love love love the serum. Will be buying some products when mine run out. Thank you.

Yes Siobhan had said after orders were packed that day that she thought she mistakingly put a Rose Toner label on a Serenity Body Oil sample but she wasn't sure, so sincere apologies that must have been yours, but it was actually the Serenity Body OIl sample that you had ordered that you received, just the wrong label was on it. A case of human error, but I'm glad you enjoyed using them.
I was very pleased with the selection I chose - and ordered one (normal size) product immediately. There are two others that I will (most likely) order very soon. Excellent quality.
Love the feel of it on my skin also the night cream even after the heat wave we are getting my face wasn't all thight and dry in the morning im definitely going to buy the larger products and give this a 3 month go as I only bought the little sample, also the eye cream is fab
