Hi Cliona, thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear you're disappointed. We completely understand your desire to support Irish-made products, and we’re proud to support Irish businesses ourselves.

The Guaranteed Irish certification recognises Irish businesses that support Irish jobs and contribute to the Irish economy; it does not necessarily mean that every product is manufactured in Ireland.

To be completely transparent, our cleansing pads are manufactured in China. We stand over their quality and are very happy with the standard of the product. Unfortunately, we are not currently aware of any Irish manufacturers producing cleansing pads to the same standard, and sourcing them locally, if possible, would likely come at a significantly higher cost, which would have a substantial impact on the price we would need to charge our customers.

However, the vast majority of our skincare is made much closer to home. We manufacture, fill, pack and distribute our skincare products ourselves from our own facility in Ballydesmond, Co. Cork, supporting local employment and keeping our production rooted in Ireland.

We appreciate that where a product is made matters to our customers, and we believe in being open and honest about our processes. By choosing our products, you are supporting an Irish-owned business and the people behind it, and for that, we are very grateful.
